The following is a binding agreement between the  Body Graphics Temporary Tattoo Company, owned and operated by Todd Kelly and _____________________________________, hereafter known as the artist.

     This form must accompany a photocopy or understandable facsimile of a specific piece of art which will be used by Body Graphics for the purpose of producing identical temporary tattoos. This facsimile may be a black & white copy of a coloured piece of artwork.

      By signing this form the artist agrees to allow Body Graphics to use the original artwork to produce an unlimited number of temporary tattoos. The artist must also allow Body Graphics to use the art work for such purposes as catalogue display, flash display sheets, advertising, promotion, or any other purpose that is directly related to the sale or presentation of the temporary tattoos. The artist also agrees not to use this artwork for any commercial purpose outside the agreement with Body Graphics.

     By signing this form  Body Graphics agrees not to ever use the artwork for any non temporary tattoo related purpose. 

     The artist will be compensated for the artwork on a regular quarterly basis which will begin three months after the initial print run. Print runs are done at various times, contact Body Graphics for specific information. For each temporary tattoo that is distributed by Body Graphics or any affiliate or satellite operation of Body Graphics, the artist will be paid .0135 CDN ( 1.35 cents ). This payment arrangement will continue for as long as the design is kept in the current available line.

     Body Graphics can at any time purchase the design outright by paying the artist the sum of $ 100.00  CDN  (approx. $ 90.00 USD), at this point a second agreement must be signed in order to void this existing     agreement.
