5. RIGHTS TO USE THE BODY GRAPHICS NAME AND LOGO

Included with your franchise is the right to use our name and logo to advertise and promote yourself . Your franchise price includes a $1.00 fee which allows you to use the name for 1 year . We don't mean to bragg but Body Graphics is a great name for a temporary tattoo business and our research has shown that when we work at festivals with more than 1 tattoo vendor people like the idea that they are not just getting a temporary tattoo they are getting BODY GRAPHICS!
